Returns & Replacements

We work hard to ensure that our products are of the highest possible quality. If, for some reason, your goods do not reach you in a satisfactory condition, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. As long as the goods are kept in the condition you have received them, we will be able to collect them and credit your account or replace the item(s) free of charge. 

Refunds / Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order, for any reason, anytime until 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Unless the goods are faulty, any costs relating to returning orders will be at the buyer's expense. Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email, letter or fax.

If your order, or one of the items on your order, has not arrived, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as we can.

Shipping & Delivery

We prodive free delivery to anywhere in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. 

Delivery outside of these areas will be chargable and customers should contact us first to arrange a price. Orders placed outside of the UK and Ireland without having previously agreed a delivery price will not be delivered and any monies paid shall be refunded, less any administration charges levied by PayPal.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the same day or first business day thereafter. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched next working day. In most cases, customers receive their goods within 48 hours of ordering. We currently use DPD (www.dpd.co.uk) for all of our deliveries.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please state these clearly when placing your order to avoid problems. We require someone to be present when your order is delivered so a signature can be obtained for our records. Please notify us if this may be a problem and we can agree to a more suitable arrangement.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept online payment in a secure environment provided by PayPal, one of the world's most recognisable and trusted payment gateways. Transactions from this website may be made in Pounds Sterling (£) or Euro but the final currency conversions that take place will be carried out by PayPal at their rate. 

You will be charged automatically for your goods, and will receive receipt by email from PayPal showing the total charged to your card.

All personal details stored on our system are for business purposes only and we make every effort to ensure your personal information is managed in a secure and responsible manner. 

All payment transactions are received and managed by PayPal who operate 24/7 customer support by telephone and email. We at Fluebay do not store any Card details on our system.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
